Losing yourself in the labyrinth of Genoa's medieval alleys​,​ you'll learn the origins​,​ ingredients​,​ and secrets of Ligurian specialties. You'll be able to choose what to taste—without obligation—from a wide selection of specialties​,​ according to your tastes and specific dietary requirements.
