ON FOOT THROUGH SILENT VILLAGES To the re-discovery of the villages of the Adrej (of the addritto, that is, exposed on the sunny slopes of the mountain). Depopulated for years, as per the fate of the rural world in general, these villages, located in the municipalities of Oulx and Cesana Torinese, are slowly being rediscovered and relived. Often by descendants of the original inhabitants, more and more frequently by "non-mountainers" who find, in the silence and tranquility of the cart tracks between the walls of the old mountain huts, a cure for the spirit and the body. Get ready to discover what kind of evolution is changing the simple life of mountain villages. And how this happens, by whom and for what reasons. During this simple excursion you will experience first-hand the difficulty of life even just 60/70 years ago, the commitment that was needed only to live everyday life. I was born in these places, I know something about it, I will tell you the reality of times gone by. Maybe in front of good food (and wine, of course...) and the healthy atmosphere of a nice "merenda sinoira", the forerunner of today's snack-aperitif!
