Crion was born in 2018 when two ski instructors with a common passion for the mountain environment​,​ wandering around the Alps​,​ experienced how difficult it was to find activities from local people​,​ and how local activities struggled to connect to a wide pool of potential clients. Now​,​ hundreds of professionals and local experts and thousands of travelers chose to create a free Crion account not only to connect with like-minded people​,​ but also to leverage their expertise and offer or book activities all around the Alps.
