Pricing and fees

To help Crion run smoothly and to cover the cost of services like customer support​,​ payment support​,​ and additional insurance coverages​,​ we charge a service fee when a booking is confirmed. Traveler fee is between 3% and 10%. You can always find the Crion fee under your booking details. The fee is added on top of the activity price at checkout so that it is always transparent how much is paid out to the provider and how much is covering Crion operations expenses. Service fee is not refundable except if you are canceling a booking that has not yet been confirmed.
